3-Week
1:1 Toddler
Support Package
(18 months-8 years)
Is your toddler refusing to stay in their bed, waking up multiple times a night, or needing you to lay with them to fall asleep?
I help parents teach their toddlers to fall asleep in their own bed and sleep through the night, so you can finally enjoy quiet evenings and full nights of uninterrupted sleep…every night!

Let me show you how to build confidence and consistency in your toddlers bedtime routine and independent sleep so they can get the rest they need, so you can do the things you want!
Is This You?
-
Your child is having trouble staying in their bed. Every night they run out asking for water or to go to the bathroom.
-
Your bedtime routine used to be nice and consistent and now it’s taking forever to get them to fall asleep
-
Your child has a long list of things to do right before bedtime and has trouble relaxing on their own
-
Your toddler won’t go to bed without you. They won’t fall asleep with anyone else.
-
Your toddler runs into your bed every night and it’s hard for you and your partner to get any sleep.
What If...
-
Your toddler felt confident to be alone in their room at bedtime and in the middle of the night so they didn’t call out multiple times throughout the night for you?
-
You had a bedtime routine that was enjoyable full of love and attention instead of meltdowns?
-
You were able to tuck your kid in bed, leave the room, and they slept for 10+ hours without interruptions?
-
Your toddler was well rested and wasn’t cranky at school/daycare?
-
You can put your child to sleep without needing the Tv or Ipad?
As toddlers grow older, they become more aware of their surroundings. Previously, they would let you leave the room and simply hang out, but suddenly, they start screaming every time you try to leave.
Toddlers also become more aware of their own behaviors. If they realize that by asking endless questions and requesting things they “need,” you’ll stay around, they’ll keep doing it.
Unsure of what else to do, you avoid the tantrum and give in to their long list of demands. But after all that, you’re exhausted and just want a few minutes for yourself before heading to bed.
So, you sit with your little one in or next to their bed until they fall asleep. Then, you sneak out like a ninja in the night, but now… you’re too tired to do anything around the house or for yourself. Instead, you go to bed, stressing about how many times your toddler will wake you up during the night.
It doesn’t have to be this way. I have a step-by-step solution to get your toddler to sleep in their own bed without calling out for you multiple times a night.

Here is the Problem!
Here is What Others are Saying!
“Michelle was so helpful when working with us on our toddler’s sleep. She was compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable and really helped us get our daughter’s sleep back on track. Highly recommend!”
Beth
“Michelle is a life changer! Our daughter was in our bed and still waking up numerous times a night. The first night of her help we got 8 hours of sleep with our daughter in her own bed. The following nights 12 hours. She is very supportive and knowledgeable. She was always there and was quick to answer the many questions I had. Highly recommend her assistance if you have sleep trouble with your littles.”
Chelsea
“Michelle has completely changed my family's life. We struggled with our toddler's sleep for well over a year and in under two weeks she was able to get us to a place we never thought we would be. She was supportive, knowledgeable, flexible, and always available for anything we needed. We were so impressed with her services, that we are currently working with her again to set up a sleep plan for my youngest. I am not one to typically write reviews, but I cannot speak highly enough or recommend Michelle enough to anyone willing to listen!” Kristina
-
Bedtime isn't this stressful, drawn-out battle anymore... your toddler actually wants to get in bed (I know, wild).
-
They feel totally safe and confident in their own room, so you're not dealing with those constant “Mommyyy!, Dadddyy!” calls every 10 minutes.
-
You’re finally getting those full nights of sleep again! Waking up rested, less cranky, and actually enjoying your mornings (instead of just surviving them).
-
And your little one? They're excited for their bedtime routine and proud of themselves for falling asleep like a big kid.
Imagine If...
Hi! I'm Michelle

I can’t tell you how many times people told me, “Congratulations, but you’re never going to sleep again!” when I found out I was pregnant. The fear and anxiety that caused weren’t helpful in the moment, but it’s what led me down the path of becoming a Sleep Consultant.

Being the first one in my friend group and family to have a baby made navigating those tough moments feel even harder. I remember wishing I had that mom friend who had all the answers... but I didn’t. So, I became that mom friend for my clients that I wish I had!

After becoming certified as a sleep consultant through The Cradle Coach Academy, I’ve helped hundreds of families get the rest they need so they can enjoy more of what they love. I’m a firm believer that once your little one is getting a good night's sleep, everyone in the household is sleeping better and the days suddenly feel so much more enjoyable.

If you’ve ever wished you had the best mom friend with all the answers about sleep… I’m your girl!

Some Things We Will Work On!
1) Toddler Routines
At this age, consistent daily routines—like regular nap times, meals, and wind-down activities—help your toddler feel secure and promote better sleep and behavior.
2) Sleep Transitions
Whether it's moving from a crib to a toddler bed or dropping naps, sleep needs change fast in the toddler years. I can help you navigate these transitions smoothly and safely.
3) Screen Time & Stimulation
Managing screen time and stimulating play is important for healthy development. I can help you set age-appropriate limits and balance quiet time with active play.
4) Managing Big Emotions
Tantrums and power struggles are a normal part of toddlerhood. With consistent boundaries and routines, we can help your child feel more in control—and help you keep your sanity!

How It Works!
Log Your Current Activity:
We look at logs from 3 consecutive days. We want to log all things sleep and feeds to analyze for any trends in the day and identify natural patterns in the child sleep
Create a Custom Preplan and Sleep Plan
After analyzing the data, we create a custom sleep plan and pre-plan that are tailored to your child’s needs and their current level of confidence in their room. We also do a virtual room tour to ensure the child's sleep space is safe and free of sleep distraction
Training Call
We will then conduct a training call to go over the plan and collaboratively decide on one of the two sleep training methods I provide. One method is a little more gentle and parent forward, parents start and stay in the room, and the other method is a little more independent, the child starts in their room alone.
Preplan Work
Here we will introduce myself to the child via video message as their bedtime buddy! We will introduce the materials to the child as well as work on improving our bedtime time routine and making and small changes to get us to the starting point of sleep training
Plan implementation and Support
We will then implement the plan with support via text message. I will check in regularly and be there to support both you and the child through the entire process by providing motivation and encouragement for everyone!
Outcomes
Your child will be able to follow our simple bedtime routine consistently. You can put your child in their bed, walk out of the room and they will fall asleep with minimal or no check ins.
