7-day
1:1 Newborn Support Package
(0-3 Months)

Does your newborn seem to resist naps and wake up all night long, leaving you exhausted and overwhelmed?

I help families who are expecting, or recently brought home a newborn, on how to navigate the early stages of life confidently and build strong sleep foundations.

Is This You?

  • Your newborn just won’t settle in their crib—they cry or fuss every time you try to put them down, and you find yourself constantly having to comfort them.

  • Nights feel like an endless cycle of feeding and soothing, leaving you exhausted and unsure how to get your baby (or yourself) to sleep for longer stretches.

  • Bedtime is more stressful than you imagined, with your little one struggling to wind down, making it hard to get them to sleep peacefully.

  • Your baby seems extra fussy before bed, and no matter what you do, putting them down without tears feels impossible. They refuse to sleep unless they’re being held, and the moment you try to transfer them to their crib, they start crying again.

  • You’re up multiple times each night to soothe, rock, or feed your baby, and the lack of sleep is leaving you feeling completely drained.

  • Your newborn could settle back to sleep easily after night feeds, giving you longer stretches of rest?

  • You felt confident in recognizing your baby’s sleep cues, setting up a flexible routine, and knowing when and how to adjust?

  • You understood the typical sleep patterns of a newborn, felt prepared for growth spurts and regressions, and had a clear plan for soothing and feeding—without second-guessing yourself?

What If...

Here is the Problem...

As a new parent, you’re running on fumes, and your newborn just doesn’t seem to settle unless they’re in your arms. The minute you try to put them in the crib, they start crying, and you’re back to square one—rocking, holding, or feeding, hoping they’ll finally drift off.

Your baby is getting used to these patterns. Every time they wake up, they need the same comfort to fall back asleep. It feels like you’re on a never-ending loop of holding, soothing, and praying for just one longer stretch of sleep. Meanwhile, you’re physically and mentally drained, trying to figure out how to get your baby to sleep without spending the whole night pacing the room.

By the time they’re finally asleep, you're so exhausted that all you want is a few minutes to yourself, but you end up collapsing into bed, dreading how many times you’ll be up again before morning.

It’s overwhelming. You’re anxious, tired, and starting to wonder if you’ll ever sleep again. But here’s the good news: it doesn’t have to be this way. I have a step-by-step solution to help your baby sleep better, so you can finally get the rest you desperately need.

“As an expecting first time mom, I was scared of all the parents who told me to “sleep now before the baby comes, because you’ll never sleep again!”. I value my sleep and found that Michelle had a newborn program to help coach parents to set up baby for success before those pesky bad habits start! Michelle provided a newborn guide that outlined what I should expect of my baby in the first couple of weeks and months, suggestions on how to set up our house for the upcoming arrival of our new baby, and checked in with me daily once our baby came home from the hospital.”

Here is What Others are Saying!

“Michelle is amazing. She is so sweet and kind. Gave me a detailed sleep plan for my son that we went through detail by detail to really make it fit what we needed. Not only is my son sleeping 9 hours over night (he’s 3 months old) he’s getting consistent good naps during the day. She checked in daily and always answered my random questions. Highly recommend!!”

“My baby was 2 months and for some reason she was waking up every 1-2 hrs in middle of night making us tired whole day. Me being working mom it was hard to work with 2 other kids at home. I contacted sleepyhead solutions she was very quick with responding and then she analyzed situation and gave her awake windows to be followed accordingly and in a week it worked like charm. In just 2 weeks she is sleeping through night. I highly recommend her”

Imagine If...

  • You felt calm and prepared when you brought your baby home, knowing exactly what to do at 2 a.m. when they woke up crying.

  • You knew how to tell the difference between hunger and tiredness, so you could feed or soothe your baby to sleep without stressing about what they needed.

  • By creating simple, consistent sleep habits early on, your baby started sleeping longer stretches, which made those sleepless nights feel more manageable.

  • You completely avoided the 4-month sleep regression because your baby was already used to falling asleep on their own and had learned how to settle back to sleep after waking up.

  • You didn’t feel like you were in the dark anymore because you had someone you could call when you were unsure about sleep or feeding—helping you feel less overwhelmed.

Hi!
I'm Michelle

I can’t tell you how many times people told me, “Congratulations, but you’re never going to sleep again!” when I found out I was pregnant. The fear and anxiety that caused weren’t helpful in the moment, but it’s what led me down the path of becoming a Sleep Consultant.

Being the first one in my friend group and family to have a baby made navigating those tough moments feel even harder. I remember wishing I had that mom friend who had all the answers... but I didn’t. So, I became that mom friend for my clients that I wish I had!

After becoming certified as a sleep consultant through The Cradle Coach Academy, I’ve helped hundreds of families get the rest they need so they can enjoy more of what they love. I’m a firm believer that once your little one is getting a good night's sleep, everyone in the household is sleeping better and the days suddenly feel so much more enjoyable.

If you’ve ever wished you had the best mom friend with all the answers about sleep… I’m your girl!

Some Things We Will Work On!

1) Routines

  • Building strong routines early on helps set your little one up for future success. It also ensures your little one is getting enough sleep for their age to promote healthy development and growth

2) Safe Sleep

  • Safe sleep is important to ensure the well being of your little one. There are so many products sold online that are not safe for our little ones. Let me help ensure you are following safe protocols.

3) Feeding Schedules

  • Feeding and sleep are strongly connected! If our little ones are not getting enough to eat during the day it can have a huge impact on their sleep overnight.

4) Consistency

  • Having consistency is not only important for your new baby but also important for the whole family! It makes the day less crazy and easier to manage

How It Works!

If you already brought your new baby home:

Log your current activity:

  • We look at logs from 3 consecutive days. We want to log all things sleep and feeds to analyze for any trends in the day and identify natural patterns in the child sleep

Create a custom age appropriate plan

  • We will create a routine that is age appropriate. This will include topics on nap/bedtime routines, wake windows, methods to build sleep foundations, and ideal sleep environment.

Training Call

  • Before your little one is even here we can complete our training call. This helps you feel prepared to bring home your new baby.

Plan implementation and Support

  • We will then implement the plan with support via text message. I will check in regularly and be there to support both you and the child through the entire process by providing motivation and encouragement for everyone!

Outcomes

  • Feel confident navigating your day to day routine with your new baby. After our program your little one will be sleeping 2+ hour stretches overnight with a short wake up just to feed and then right back to sleep they go!
