Support Package
(4-18 Months)
Is your little one fighting naps and waking up throughout the night, leaving you completely exhausted?
I help exhausted parents reclaim their nights and restore their energy by teaching their little ones the skills to sleep independently—so you can finally rest, recharge, and enjoy parenthood without running on empty.
Is This You?
-
Your baby struggles to stay settled in their crib—every night, they cry or fuss, needing constant comfort and attention.
-
Everything was going smoothly until the dreaded 4-month sleep regression hit, and now you have no idea how to get back to sleeping longer stretches.
-
Bedtime used to be a breeze, but now it feels like an endless battle just to get your baby to sleep.
-
Your little one is restless and fussy before bed, and no matter what you do, putting them down without tears feels impossible.
-
They refuse to fall asleep unless they’re in your arms, crying the moment anyone else tries to soothe them.
-
Your baby wakes up frequently during the night, needing to be soothed or fed, and it’s making it hard for you to get a good night’s rest.
Trust me it doesn’t have to be this way anymore!
-
You could lay your baby down in their crib at bedtime, and instead of tears, they felt calm, secure, and ready for sleep—no more midnight cries screaming!
-
Your bedtime routine was filled with cuddles and comfort, free from stress, tears, and meltdowns?
-
You could tuck your baby in, leave the room, and they slept peacefully for 10+ hours—giving you the uninterrupted rest you desperately need?
-
Your baby woke up well-rested and happy every morning, making your days together easier, more joyful, and full of energy?
Parenthood isn’t meant to be a constant cycle of exhaustion and dread.
In less than 2 weeks, you and your whole family could be sleeping through the night!
What If...
Here is the Problem...
As babies grow and develop, they become more aware of separation from their parents. Previously, they might let you put them down for the night without much fuss, but suddenly, they start crying and reaching out every time you leave the room.
Infants also become more aware of their surroundings. If they learn that crying or fussing brings you back into the room, they’ll keep doing it to get that extra attention and comfort.
Feeling unsure of what else to do, you try to calm them down by holding or rocking them for longer periods. After finally settling them, you’re exhausted and just want a little time for yourself before going to bed.
So, you hold your baby until they’re fully asleep, carefully laying them down and sneaking away like a ninja.
As they get older it becomes increasingly harder to transfer them without them waking. But by the time you make it out of the room, you’re too tired to do anything around the house or for yourself.
You head to bed, stressed about how many times your baby will wake up during the night needing you.
It doesn’t have to be this way. I have a step-by-step solution to help your baby sleep more independently, allowing both of you to rest peacefully through the night.

Here is What Others are Saying!
"Michelle worked wonders with us and I would recommend her to any parent looking to fast-track their baby's healthy sleep habits! Our 11 month old daughter had a solid sleep routine, but was still being fed to sleep and was room-sharing. Within 2 weeks of us starting our program, our daughter was falling asleep when placed in her crib and was sleeping through the night. Michelle went at our pace, and developed a program that was sensitive to the fact that we wanted to have a gradual, stress-free transition for our daughter. Since working with Michelle, bed time is faster, less stressful, and more consistent. Again, Michelle is a magician and I HIGHLY recommend her for any of your sleepy baby needs.”

“Michelle is an answered prayer and a life saver!! We have my 13 month old sleeping 12 hours at night and putting herself back to sleep. Michelle would check in every morning and multiple times throughout the day to see how things were going. I never felt alone or that I couldn't text her with issues, questions, or concerns. She's just SO supportive and just THR BEST!!!! Michelle came up with many custom plans for us to figure out exactly what my baby girl needed to be able to be an independent sleeper!!
I can't recommend and thank her enough!”
Brittany
"Michelle is truly a miracle worker!! My son was around 14months old and was waking up 1-3x a night. I was exhausted and I was really struggling mentally due to my lack of sleep. Michelle worked with me and was so helpful and took the time to listen to my concerns and challenges I had with my son’s sleeping concerns. Everything was virtual since I did not live close, but I never felt alone and felt so supported! She talked through options and plans that worked best for myself, my son, and my family! Once figuring out a plan, we got started and THREE nights later, my son was sleeping ALL NIGHT! Michelle checked in every day with me for 2 weeks to make sure I was doing well and our plan was continuing to work well for us all. I truly never felt alone and I felt like I had the support I needed to keep going! Those three days were challenging but so worth it to get my son to sleep through the night."

Imagine If...
-
Bedtime doesn’t have to be a stressful, drawn-out process anymore… your baby can peacefully drift off without tears or fussing (I know, it sounds like a dream).
-
They feel safe and comfortable in their own space, so you’re not running back in to soothe them every few minutes.
-
You’re finally getting full nights of sleep again! Waking up rested, less stressed, and ready to enjoy your mornings instead of just getting through them.
-
Your baby went to bed all by themselves, giving you 3+ uninterrupted hours every night to have some “me time” You could watch TV, read a book, take a hot bath, or go out with your friends!
-
You had the chance to reconnect with your partner, have real conversations without a crying baby or simply relax together without worrying about your baby crying every hour.
-
You woke up refreshed and ready for your day, not relying on coffee to power through, but actually feeling focused and energized as you head to work, knowing you got a full night’s sleep.
Hi! I'm Michelle
I can’t tell you how many times people told me, “Congratulations, but you’re never going to sleep again!” when I found out I was pregnant. The fear and anxiety that caused weren’t helpful in the moment, but it’s what led me down the path of becoming a Sleep Consultant.
Being the first one in my friend group and family to have a baby made navigating those tough moments feel even harder. I remember wishing I had that mom friend who had all the answers... but I didn’t. So, I became that mom friend for my clients that I wish I had!
After becoming certified as a sleep consultant through The Cradle Coach Academy, I’ve helped hundreds of families get the rest they need so they can enjoy more of what they love. I’m a firm believer that once your little one is getting a good night's sleep, everyone in the household is sleeping better and the days suddenly feel so much more enjoyable.
If you’ve ever wished you had the best mom friend with all the answers about sleep… I’m your girl!

Some Things We Will Work On!
1) Routines
-
Building strong routines early on helps set your little one up for future success. It also ensures your little one is getting enough sleep for their age to promote healthy development and growth
2) Safe Sleep
-
Safe sleep is important to ensure the well being of your little one. There are so many products sold online that are not safe for our little ones. Let me help ensure you are following safe protocols.
3) Feeding Schedules
-
Feeding and sleep are strongly connected! If our little ones are not getting enough to eat during the day it can have a huge impact on their sleep overnight.
4) Consistency
-
Having consistency is not only important for your new baby but also important for the whole family! It makes the day less crazy and easier to manage
How It Works!
1. Log your current activity:
We look at logs from 3 consecutive days. We want to log all things sleep and feeds to analyze for any trends in the day and identify natural patterns in the child sleep
2. Create a custom age appropriate plan
We will create a routine that is age appropriate. This will include topics on nap/bedtime routines, lengthening nap nice, weaning/cutting nighttime feeds
3. Training Call
We will then conduct a training call to go over the plan and collaboratively decide on one of the two sleep training methods I provide. One method is a little more gentle and parent forward, parents start and stay in the room, and the other method is a little more independent, the child starts in their room alone.
4. Plan implementation and Support
We will then implement the plan with support via text message. I will check in regularly and be there to support both you and the child through the entire process by providing motivation and encouragement for everyo
5. Outcomes
Your child will be able to follow our simple bedtime routine consistently. You can put your child in their bed, walk out of the room and they will fall asleep with minimal or no check ins.
Hooray 🥳 At the end of our 2-weeks of working together, your whole family’s sleep will significantly improve!!!
No more night wakings!
No more 4am early risers!
No more fussy baby!
Just a family who is well rested and happy!
